Boasts a floral and fruity aroma of black fruit, raspberry and plum.  Concentrated flavor and color, high tannins and hints of vanilla and cocoa from aging in French oak for 10-12 months results in a long and yummy finish.

The Alpasion winery utilizes shallow containers when hand picking grapes to maintain grape quality until the fruit is processed at the winery.  Once at the winery, hand sorting takes place to ensure only the best grapes are used to make the high quality wine.
